🎶 BLUE WAVE REVIVAL — A SPECIAL LAS VEGAS MUSIC EVENT 🎶
Real Stories. Real Memories. Told Through Music.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2026
5:00 PM LAS VEGAS / PACIFIC TIME
8:00 PM EASTERN TIME
One Evening. A Lifetime of Stories. Music From the Heart.
I've got something special coming up, and I'd personally like to invite you to be part of it.
For the first time, Blue Wave Revival will present a special online music event from Las Vegas, streamed on YouTube. And just like all the music I share, it's completely FREE.
If you're familiar with Blue Wave Revival, you know that my music is about much more than melodies and words. It's about memories, people, places, and the experiences that stay with us throughout our lives.
I'm Rick Gaspa, a Vietnam veteran, former broadcaster, and songwriter. After spending much of my life introducing other people's music over the radio, I'm finally getting the opportunity to share stories of my own.
And on October 17, I'd love for you to hear them.
Why an Audio Music Event?
I decided to make this an audio-first presentation rather than a traditional video concert because I want people to concentrate on what matters most to me: the music and the stories behind it.
The event will feature Blue Wave Revival's studio-produced recordings, created through my original songwriting and modern AI-assisted music production. It isn't a live performance by a group of musicians onstage. It's a chance to experience the music together, wherever you're listening from.
Whether you're using a computer, smartphone, tablet, smart TV, or a good pair of headphones, you can enjoy the event from the comfort of your own home.
And believe me, there's plenty of music I want to share.
More Than Military Stories
Some of the songs you'll hear come from my years in the United States Army and Vietnam. They tell stories about service, sacrifice, friendship, coming home, PTSD, depression, and the memories that sometimes follow us long after we've taken off the uniform.
Others are about life itself. Falling in love, raising a family, losing someone special, growing older, remembering younger days, laughing at ourselves, and finding enough hope to face another tomorrow.
Some may make you smile. Others might bring back memories you haven't thought about in years.
And if you're a veteran, I hope somewhere during the event you'll hear a few words that remind you someone else understands.
The Music Is Free. The Message Is What Matters.
I didn't create Blue Wave Revival to become famous or sell records. I created it because I've reached a point in my life where sharing the stories I've carried for so many years means more to me than anything money could buy.
Through The War Followed Me Home Initiative, I'm also trying to reach veterans who may be struggling with PTSD, depression, and the invisible battles that sometimes follow military service.
If even one song helps someone feel understood or a little less alone, then this project has accomplished something meaningful.
